Op het Lowlands-festival (van 15 tot 17 augustus in Biddinghuizen) gaan twee studenten van de Universiteit Utrecht de festivalgangers proberen enthousiast te maken voor wiskunde. In een aantal workshops bespreken ze wiskundeproblemen die bij het festival aansluiten. Zo bespreken ze het vlekkeloos verdelen van bier, het bepalen van de snelste manier om een verloren iPod [...]
